elyvate is a cloud-based SaaS platform that enables fast, structured and consistent turnaround and launch management solution delivery. It helps teams manage work strams and packages, track KPIs, report progress and align stakeholders across complex transformation projects.

Who can benefit from using elyvate?

elyvate is built for project leaders, work package owners, consultants, PMOs, and senior management in operational improvement, restructuring, or turnaround and launch management environments. It's widely used in the automotive industry but is industry-agnostic and can support any project-driven organization.

What are the key features of elyvate?

elyvate has three distinct feature sets. First is the core: project and work package management, KPI tracking and Smart Measures (our AI-powered recommendation engine). Second is planning, which brings clarity to all tasks through custom-built Kanban and List views. How does elyvate compare to other tools such as JIRA or MS Planner?

elyvate is designed specifically for high-urgency turnaround and launch management projects in demanding environments. Unlike general-purpose tools, elyvate offers:

Yes. Projects can customize measures, KPIs, workflows, user permissions, reporting structures, and naming conventions. Of course, we understand that every challenge is different and we aim to enforce standards while maintaining full control over the project. Technical

How secure is elyvate?

elyvate uses secure cloud hosting in the EU and US based on your preferences. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We implement role-based access control, conduct regular penetration testing, and follow strict development security standards. We maintain ISO 27001, SOC2, and TISAX compliance within AlixPartners infrastructure.

Does elyvate integrate with other tools?

Currently, elyvate does not offer native integrations with other tools. However, we are actively working on several integrations to enhance your workflow. If you have specific integration needs, please contact us at support@elyvate.ai and let's discuss how we can support your requirements.

Does elyvate support Single Sign On?

Yes. Enterprise customers can use SSO and MFA through Azure Entra ID or Auth0 depending on configuration. For non-enterprise clients, we offer social logins like Google.

Is there an API?

An internal API exists for official use. External API access can be discussed with the elyvate team—contact  support@elyvate.ai for details.

Usage and Support

How do I get started with elyvate?

elyvate is a strict project-based SaaS solution. In order to start, an admin must set up a project and specifically invite you to it. There is no self-service sign-up. To get started, contact sales@elyvate.ai and we will schedule a demo and set you up.

How can I contact the support?

Support is available via the in-product feedback button, email support, training videos, onboarding guides, and live training upon request.

How do I invite new users?

To invite users, you must have the right permissions. Project Leaders can invite users to the entire project. Work Package Leaders can only invite users to their specific work package. To add, navigate to Project Details » Members and start inviting.

Which user role has which level of access?

elyvate offers a role based access model with predefined permissions. A full access matrix is available in the product documentation.

Does elyvate offer training for teams?

Yes. We offer onboarding sessions, product walkthroughs, and in-depth training for project leaders. For enterprise clients, we provide on-site training to get your organization up to speed.

Account and Billing

What subscription plans are available?

elyvate offers project-based licensing tailored to your needs:

  • Project-based licensing for individual projects
  • Enterprise options that depend on company size, number of projects, and how extensively you plan to use elyvate across your organization

Pricing is not determined by team size or number of active users. Only additional integrations—such as live-data shopfloor integrations or additional time zone support—will be charged separately.

For any project with AlixPartners or Berylls by AlixPartners, elyvate can be used free of charge and remains available for an additional three months at no cost.

Do you offer discounts for large teams or long-term contracts?

Yes. We offer discounted pricing for volume purchases and annual agreements.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Contact your account owner or the support team. We'll ensure a smooth offboarding and export your project data.

Troubleshooting

What should I do if I encounter a technical issue?

Try the following:

  2. Try a private window
  3. Clear your browser cache
  4. Check your internet connection

How do I report a bug?

Use the in-product feedback tool or email us at support@elyvate.ai. Including screenshots or a short screen recording helps us resolve issues faster.

Why can't I see certain projects or data?

Your access depends on your role. If you believe access is missing, ask your project admin to check permissions or contact support at support@elyvate.ai.

I invited new users, but they did not receive the invite email. What now?

Project Leaders can resend the invitation from the Project Details » Members section. If that doesn't work, ask the user to:

  • Check their spam folder
  • Try logging in directly if they already have an account

If the issue persists, contact support at support@elyvate.ai and we will resend the invitation.

I receive the error "500 Something went wrong" when resetting my password. What should I do?

Clear your browser cache and retry in an incognito window. If the issue persists, reach out via email at support@elyvate.ai or use the feedback tool.

The app feels slow. What can I do?

Check your internet connection and browser version. elyvate works best on the latest Chrome or Edge. If slowness continues, contact us for support.

How can I provide feedback?

Yes. New releases include bug fixes, UI improvements, new features and performance upgrades. All updates can be found in our changelog at elyvate.ai/changelog. Major updates are shared through product announcements via email. Hotfixes can be pushed at any time according to our SLA.

Does elyvate receive regular updates?

Can I export or download reports?

Yes. Reporting features include downloadable one-pagers. Additional export formats—such as KPI dashboards and Excel exports—are coming soon.

Can I standardize our PMO setup across multiple projects?

Yes. Templates allow you to replicate best practices and ensure consistency across projects and teams.

Does elyvate support AI features?

Yes. Smart Measures provide AI-driven measure generation and classification based on thousands of real turnaround and launch management solution documents.

Can I use elyvate for non-automotive projects?

Absolutely. Although built with automotive expertise, elyvate works for any operational improvement or transformation project and has already proven its value in supply chain as well as aerospace and defense projects.

Can I manage multiple projects at the same time?

Yes. elyvate supports unlimited projects based on your subscription.

System Requirements

Which browsers are supported?

elyvate officially supports Microsoft Edge (recommended), Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, and Safari (latest version), though older browser versions may cause slower performance or visual inconsistencies.

Does elyvate work on mobile devices?

elyvate is primarily optimized for desktop use because turnaround and launch management work requires high information density. Mobile access is possible for quick checks and updates, but the full experience is best on a laptop or desktop. We are currently working on a mobile-optimized version.

What operating systems are supported?

elyvate is a web-based tool and can be used on any operating system with a modern browser, including:

  • Windows 10 and newer
  • macOS (latest two versions)
  • Linux distributions with Chrome or Firefox

What screen resolution is recommended?

For the best experience we recommend:

  • Minimum resolution: 1366 x 768
  • Optimal resolution: 1920 x 1080 or higher

elyvate is optimized for 14" to 17" laptop sizes, though it works well on larger screens too based on user feedback. Large screens improve visibility of tables, Kanbans and dashboards.

Do I need to install anything to use elyvate?

No installation is required. elyvate is fully web based. A stable internet connection is all you need.

What internet speed do I need?

A minimum of 5 Mbps download and 2 Mbps upload is sufficient.

For large projects with many users or heavy dashboard use we recommend 20 Mbps or more.

Are VPNs supported?

Yes. elyvate works through corporate VPNs as long as app.elyvate.ai is accessible and not blocked by internal firewall rules.

Are cookies required?

Yes. Essential cookies are required for authentication and session management.

These are standard for secure SaaS applications.

Can I use elyvate behind a corporate firewall?

Usually yes. If access is blocked your IT team may need to allow the elyvate domain and AWS-or Azure hosted backend endpoints.
